Unexperienced agents. Need more product training

Cell c Team. looks like no one knows how to do they Job. I have been on calls with cellc since 12pm 31 May 2023. it is now 3pm 31 May 2023. no one help me with a simple thing. i need my debit order to be activated. i called last night 30 May 2023, the logged a query and sms the number. today agent called and said cant load banking details do to I must contact credit vetting. Called credit vetting they advise i should call *** to activate debit order. called them they advised i should call sales(084145) called them, they advised i should call customer care(084135) call, no help still. they say i should get sales to send me a debit order mandate. Sales does not know that. i need someone to sort this out. i would think a big company like this will want they money but cell c clearly does not. the only Mistake i made was to pay for this contract 1 year in advance. now you can't debit my account.
