Unexpected Airtime Deductions

After having an issue with my whatsapp, I had to reinstall it in which Cell C deducted an estimate of R30.00 airtime and the usage of my data. This is ridiculous and definitely not the type of Service Provider I need to be dealing with. After wasting my data and airtime they still continue to deduct airtime without any internet apps and services running in the background aswell as the software not being updated. Seems like I would have change over to a new network. <br>
