Unexcptable service and after service with upgrades useless beyond stay away

Really I have been sitting with the same problem since last year March and still not sorted. Thought the TL Vusi sorted out everything with all these promises and to date not sorted I'm even billed the incorrect amounts. Cell should just close their doors useless beyond.
