Stay away from Cell C insurance!! When I took out the device insurance they were quick to say all calls are recorded. I made notes throughout the call and I know for a fact they said R9 is included in my monthly premium for excess reduction. So instead of paying R300 my excess will be R150. Now that it's time to pay they have a million excuses, saying that's not what it says on their system. Asking me for my agreement. The onus does NOT lie with me to prove this. I have given them the exact date and time of the call but they conveniently disregard that info. You get absolutely no where with emails because no one can use their brains to investigate or follow a mail trail so every mail starts the query from scratch. Underhanded at its best!!! But they are quick to phone me 3 times a week to see if I'm interested in renewing my contract! Then they conveniently have all my information on hand!!! So do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from anything Cell C
