<p>I signed up for an upgrade, sales consultant offered me a package at R379.00 per month told me it would be much cheaper that my previous contract. After I get my billing from CellC, I see that he **** about the price of the contract, now I have a contract that I can't afford to pay. Cannot believe that CellC has conned me, I been a long-standing Cell C customer ever since CellC came into existence, very disappointed at the level of service delivered</p>
