I was debited an amount of R668.99 in the month of January 2015 which i signed up for a contract of R99 when i question how did it escalate from 99 to R668.99 i was informed of that it was because of the type of contract which was surprisimg because this was NEVER mentioned to me it is only mentioned 7days prior to the contract ending. I requested the call recording on the 02-01-2015 till today this INCOMPITENT,***** OF COMPANY HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME! Of which at this stage it questionable if there is a recording or even if will it not be tempered with. The month Feb 2015 they debit my account R1383.17 which there was no provision for, THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED and their agent Zimkhitha Sibotho FAILED to explain and me understand of this ************ debit order, this has now a negative impact on myself and want this rectified IMMEDIATELY!! I HAVE GIVEN CELLC OVER 31 DAYS TO RECTIFY THIS OF WHICH YOU HAVE FAILED! II NOW HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO APPROACH THE OMBUDS OF WHICH I WILL!!! <br>
