********* charges

I have realised today that i have been charged for the last 3 months by CELL C for a service which i never heard about Hulkmobile Uchater to my account without me agreeing to it or signing for it and i am horrified ! I contacted CELL C who told me how to cancel it and the lady gave me a phone number to call : ********** 710 which was engaged all afternoon and only after 16h could i get through to hear to leave a message after the beep when there is NO BEEP and mail a mail address i couldn t get .....how is that all possible ? a phone compagnie charging for a service i never knew about...??? Can please someone help...i called my bank at the ***** department to block the last ( only ) month.....and when i called CELL C to discuss it , they put me on hold 3 times and then put the phone down.....What is going on ? Please help !
