I will never recommend Cell C to any friends, family or my enemies. I reported them to the NCC and they responded that they have voice recordings of me agreeing to this inflated prices and sent me a unsigned contract. I never received a contract at cell C or saw a contract ever until I reported them. They have old personal info when I clearly told them I was unemployed and receiving a disability grant. They are alleging that I am now the one being untruthful and they are now the innocent party. I have all my bank statements to date what money the took out of bank account since contract started. They accusing me of not paying for 6 months. And the telephone agreement does not correspond with the statement I was billed. My credit score reflecting negative due to this dispute. The stress has affected my health. I have no idea what to do anymore.
