CellC was happy to take money from my account for 4 months even though they couldn't offer the service I was being charged for. Despite numerous calls and emails sent to Cell C asking them to fix the problem (no network coverage) no one knew how to resolve the problem. I had no choice but to terminate the contract and request a refund. Not only did CellC not respond to the refund request but they attempted to take money from my account again. I then reversed the debit order. CellC has now resorted to harrasing me with debt collectors.
