********* behaviour will not be tolerated

I’m very appalled with the behaviour displayed by Cell C. I app**** telephonically for a contract with them in April. The device in question was only delivered in July. On the day it was delivered I requested for them to cancel the contract and furthermore arranged to have have the cellphone returned to them.

The cellphone was eventually collected a week later. And I called to confirm that they have received their device. It’s been two months and I’ve been sent from pillar to post regarding this cancellation. I am paying for a device I have never used and is not even in my possession anymore. The phone was still sealed when I returned it to them.

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted with how this organisation conducts its business. I have been given numerous reference numbers yet nobody is able to assist me. Every day I’m being redirected to a different department.

Cell C you are nothing but a bunch of rogues. Shame on you!
