I am utterly disappointed with my first experience with Cell C. Is this how you treat new customers? I took out a contract on a Note 9 and chose Cell C over Vodacom as the deal "seemed" more attractive. The adverti*****t mentioned "receive a free welcome pack with your deal". After signing up for a new contract and enquiring about the welcome pack, I was told that there is no welcome pack available as they have run out of stock. I tried to contact Enia at the Sandton store but the store number continuously goes to voice mail (tried on many occasions but cannot get through). I am sorry Cell C but if this is what customer services means to you, you can be guaranteed that I will be cancelling my contract on date of expiry.
