Unending Problems
The worst service month after month. After requesting to settle one of my contracts I was billed incorrectly (overcharged). account settled after 3 months. listed me incorrect on credit bureau. Impossible to upgrade (wondering why I am even considering to commit my money for the next 24 months) query escalated on 17/12/2020. yet no feedback, I had to call them today and the agent says she will do me a favour pathatic FAVOUR?
