Uneducated staff
I am really not happy with the service i received at cell c. i called last week to query about my bill, the lady i spoke to assured me that I will not be debited this month end and I will only be debited next month, but to my surprise my debit order went off yesterday, REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE!!!!! because you cannot train your staff to give correct information to customers.
