Undesirable practice

I am so disappointed in cellc, they should be known as sellsee. They sold me a handset, and contract was telephonincally. The guy told me they will deduct R99 each and every month. I told him I want a top up contract and he even said, yes its a top up contract they will give me so much airtime then I can also recharge. Now they deducted more than R900 of which I assume its for the reminder of the contract. They selling product that they don't understand. I am so ****ed with this guy because I even made a scenario so that we understand each other. I am so disappointed, I want my money back or they have taken all the money for the reminder of the contract. This is an undesirable practice, I am going straight to the FSB, they deserve a very hush punishment for misleading consumers. I am not going to allow this to hsppen to me or anyone. This is not acceptable at all.
