Underrated extremely poor poor service from Cell C
My cellphone at cell c is due for an upgrade but according to The consultant I can not I was never in Arears with any of my Cell C accounts for more than 10 years and this is the service that they give their clients.On exactly the same day I upgraded one of my contracts at Vodacom without any hassle .I definitely going to close my account with Cell C as the service they provide is underrated Even one star is way to much.How can Vodacom assist me with an upgrade but Cell C refuse and the consultant gave extremely poor service

28 Nov 2023, 11:45Today I read in the news that CELL C LOST 4,5 MILLION CUSTOMERS THE PAST YEAR AND THEY CAN EXPECT MORE.I WILL AT THE END OF MY CONTRACTS MOVE TO VODACOM AS THEY APRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS .YOU CAN KEEP YOUR UPGRADES.CELL WORKERS WILL ALSO BE WITHOUT WORK ONE OF THESE DAYS BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE
