Undelivered cellphones

I app**** for a second cell c contract on the 17 th of February 2023 which was 2 phones, a samsung galaxy z flip that comes with a samsung S21 FE. I Initially wanted a pink and gold flip and olive S21 and I was told that they are expecting stock on the following week. This Ref was given SPI***. The delivery was not made as advised. After several follow-ups to date, I still don't have the phones that were approved on the 17/03/2023. Every time I call Cell C, I'm promised that the delivery will be made within three working days, but nothing has happened since. This is poor customer service, and it has messed with my relationship with a loved one because the other phone was supposed to be a gift. Now my relationship with that person is tested because of Cell C. The sad part is that all these issues occurred after Matshidiso (Sales Agent) approved the contract and the phones that should have been delivered, but now no one is willing to assist and resolve the matter. Even those that tried could not resolve the issue. No agent has called me to give an update throughout this experience but I had to initiate a call to get an update all the time.
