Uncontactable CellC Legal Dept

ive been trying to contact CellC Legal regarding the contract i was having with them , ive been handed over to a debt collector at which i agreed to pay them in the middle of that payment agreement i wasn't even notified i got a call from another debt collector saying that the account has been ceded to them for collection at which i also agree to continue with them and i explained to them that i was paying the other debt collector and they asked me to contact that debt collector for statement showing that i was paying because the amount ceded with is relatively higher than the actual balance i have with that previous collector , the number ive been given from cellc just rings and drops and some of the agents will keep you on the line forever
