UNCONRACTABLE TO REPORT POSSIBLE *****

I have been getting SMS messages from Vodacom that I am in a queue. I suspect that this is **********. I have tried to dial the Cell C numbers to report it but it says that the numbers do not exist. Cell C seem to completely ignore the possibility of *****. There isn't even an option to select it from their restricted list of issues.
