Uncompetent people working at cell c
And still cell c cannot fix my account with the proof of payment with the date and showing their account number in my absa app payment. Still say there is no payment by debit order its been eft in their account this cannot go on like this. I dont know what people they have working for them but they cant do their job further action i will take giving me bad credit name

25 Aug 2020, 17:08This cant go ont like this 2 months for cell c to look on my bank statements and see the payment in their account i even sent screenshot of my absa app showing it was payed on that date and what time. Still they cant sort it out its ridiculous how stupid this is and what tipe of service and workmanship is at cell c you show the proof that you payed them and still they cant do their damn job giving me bad credit record

Alot of *********** people working at cell c and their accounts department really it disgusts me what tipe of people that works there and cant sort a damn account out with the proof it's been payed and sends me emails to take legal action against me ill take action now because now i had enough. I get a bad credit name. Because stupid people working at cell c cant sort a payed account out
