Will I even receive assistance from customer care,I have sent everything they need in blacklisting form and affidavit guess what they want to call me how when I do not have network and where coz I Dnt have a phone literally if this is not resolved tomorrow am taking this further,I have went to Cell C store in maponya they always offline and they do not even care your service is poor,u cnt tell me to go where I brought the phone when your service provider is the one that sent me the message of blocking my phone.
I need this resolved asap!!!
