Unbelievably Terrible service from CELL C... POPI is non existent to them

Once again horrible service from CELL C, cant understand what is going on with their systems and not even their staff can answer.... still waiting for a call from their management since the last issue experience, my number now has been barred for the 2nd time without a reason and no one at cell c can explain how or why, Michelle Beetar please can you contact me as a matter of urgency.
