Unbelievably BAD SERVICE!

Firstly i want to mention that i am not at all surprised at the amount of complaints logged on Hello Peter about Cell C <br> i want to bring carefull attention to the **********ly poor service i have recieved from Cell C over the past week. I am not yet a client of theirs and i get this service, it makes me wonder what service i will get if i do ever join them. For the time i tried dealing with them NONE of them bothered to contact the me to keep me updated with anything, each time that i called in for assistance i was constantly told sorry you are at contract department and that i should speak to customer service. i speak to someone at customer service and someone tells me sorry wrong department speak to the contracts department. Ive been through their security verification check 100 times with no assistance at all . WORST OF ALL i call in to lodge a complaint and the call center agent is advise by her superior(BRUSHING ME OFF) and tells me to EMAIL my complaint. as if my CALL is not important enough. clearly CELL C has no way of treating their customers or soon to be customers and clearly they are NOT big on CUSTOMER SERVICE. very disappointed and would never recommend CELL C ever!
