Unbelievable PAIN to deal with this organisation

I am sooooo sick of dealing with Cell c's call centre. I am put through the spanish inquisition EVERY time I call and am continually told the information I am giving is incorrect. You ask me the most ridiculous questions like the date and amount of my debit order WHICH I DO NOT KEEP STORED IN MY HEAD!!!! I dont know what information you have stored for me that you continually tell me I cannot be verified and so YOU NEVER HELP ME!!!! This is EXACTLY why when iconnect said they were moving to Cell C I cancelled my service - because Cell C are a pain to deal with!
