Unbelievable! Completely unbelievable!! Bad service

<p>It's been a month since I have made a lost phone claim; pais excess and everything. The first week i called to make a phone choice there was no st****, the following week I was able to choose iPhone se, which after 8 days of non-delivery I had to call back and only find out that it was discontinued and nobody bothered to let me know about it, then i made a new selection which also didn't arrive and after 14 days of waiting I have learnt that it was also discontinued!!!!! Reallly!!!! same mistake twice? And nobody thought it's important to let me know about this????? Seriouly???I have no words to express my frustration</p>
