unaware of sms sent

View changes at [URL Removed]<br> <br> Please can someone state the meaning of this SMS as I received this about 20 mins ago I called the call centre as the webpage says don't exist but they have been transferring to to 4 different departments including the delivery department and no agent knows what the SMS means as far as I'm aware my new contract consist of 500mb day data n 1gb nyt data/ can someone please respond as to the meaning of this SMS<br> <br> On a second complaint I wanted to open a new line with cell c as my previous contract amounted tyo R 415 and as this new one is only R130 I wanted another phone but was told I don't qualify, can you please state the reason I was paying such a huge amount and have enough left over to pay for a new contract but I'm being turned down , I've been n loyal customer for over six years with no arrears so please provide more information on this as well
