Unauthorized upgrade
Requested a contract cancelation was taken from pillar to post before it was done now an authorized upgrade was done in the process and it's being another mission for it to be rectified. Cell c is definitely a ****. Always trying to find ways to ***** money from customers by enforcing contracts that are unwanted and unauthorized by customers. Very disappointed at this rate I might cancel all my contracts with this service provider.

08 Jun 2022, 18:33I contacted your call centre and the issue wasn't resolved was promised a call within 2 days and that has passed no call was returned no surprise there as you do not want to cancel this ********** unauthorized upgrade. I am sick and tired of this back and forth from you. I am now at a point of terminating all contracts I have with you as you do not provide any support to your customers even after being a customer for over 5 years.
