Unauthorized Upgrade
As I am the account holder of 2 mobile contracts, my wife was called about our upgrades and she told the agent to call me as she is not the account holder. No CellC agent called me, yet later that afternoon an SMS was sent to my wife's phone indicating that the upgrade had been approved... (without my authorisation!!)
