Unauthorized stop order

Cell C is **********ly debiting my account. I never had a contract with them since 2011. This started last month and i called and spoke to a clueless consultant who insists i have a contract which she couldn't send to me ( i spent 30 minutes on the phone). I now need to drive (fuel, time and administration) to a police station to get an affidavit stating i do not have a contract. I have to pay bank charges for this unauthorized stop order. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT....I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU. I bought my phones cash at Makro and i'm on prepaid (telkom). I need this matter sorted out.
