Unauthorized starter pack delivery

I have concluded a contract with this company and was paying R328 and during the month of March 2018 i got a shock when this ******* debited my account for R328 and R360.82. When i called them, i'm told the R360.82 is relating to a starter pack i had requested and that was sent to me. i had never requested any starter pack from this *******. This ******* because they have my information, someone just sat there and decided to de***** me. I regret having concluded a contract with this company. This is my first and last contract with cell c.. How can i aske for a starter pack for data whereas i have another contract with another company that is providing me with enough data. I am going to reverse this transaction . Shame cell c
