Unauthorized services

I am not really sure how many reviews must be done under Cell C till we get the service we deserve. So, we have been paying for a service called " Get It Service" throughout our contracts and we did not even opt for this service, In January we called to cancel the service as we had a contract upgrade, we did not pay till we had to pay for the new device. To our surprise this service was given to us again without our consent. i need CELL C to give us proof of us agreeing to this service, and refund us our money back, and we even need call recordings where we confirmed that we need this service. We are paying for services we did not ask for, we had even asked to get Insurance instead of this service but our request was not valid enough, I am just wondering when we will get our refund back.
