******* / unauthorized SAFPS listing by CellC
I am so frustrated with CellC! I'm giving CellC a 1 star rating due to the fact that I cannot give 0 ! CellC has placed a ***** alert on my profile and have listed me with the SAFPS ....I have been writing emails giving them reference numbers from SAFPS and it's still not removed ! I even had to get a victim statement letter from SAFPS to protect my name. The last email I have received from their from department was that it would be removed from my ITC within 14-21 working days , tis was on the 17th of December 2024.. Today is the 17th of February 2025 and it is still there , I have been sending emails to the ***** department team , making phone calls but they do not want to resolve this ! I keep on being declined for credit due to that listing that I was not even aware of or actioned! CellC do better and please resolve this!

18 Feb 2025, 18:19I do not have Cellc clearance letter they only said it will be removed with 14-21 days but it's still there ... It's hindering me from my possible employment overseas I cannot wait any longer. This is not fair .

No one can account for this but the SAFPS CellC placed it and only CellC can remove it. I will have to involve my work legal team because it seems like I cannot resolve this on my own.

20 Feb 2025, 12:17I just spoke to your agent Kwandisa she says it will NOT be removed however the SAFPS advised me that only CellC can remove it , the best they can do is provide me a Victim Statement letter of which they did.What now?

20 Feb 2025, 13:05You will need to provide or produce a letter from SAFPS as proof that you were a victim of ***** when applying for new credit with any financial institution.
