Unauthorized rather early debut order from cell c which was not agreed upon
I got a phone on contract. We agreed on debit order for the 20 and without hesitation cell c went onto Mt account to try and debit the amount on the 12 May. When I call I'm being told the system says debit is on the 20 and this resulted in unpaid fee fine if R105.. Y account cannot stay on the negative and cell c must refund this amount immediately. I called them a call was logged still no response, I send emails no one is responding. It's either this gets fixed or I ll block the debit order!

15 Jul 2024, 18:49I had to come here for them to give this attention, otherwise if it was resolved immediately I would not have came here. Apology is not enough as they want every cent from me so they must pay every cent towards their negligence. Should I not get feedback in about 24 hours I will block the debit order plus I never authorized it.

Your only responding because I came here - just know that both my contracts worth thousands in premiums are not older than 60 days. If I get this kind of poor service now I will unfortunately cancel them and take than almost R2k on premium elsewhere. You dnt even see which customers must be protected at all cost🥺

Your team knew about this since Saturday, 48 hours had passed. Your only responding because I came here - just know that both my contracts worth thousands in premiums are not older than 60 days. If I get this kind of poor service now I will unfortunately cancel them and take than almost R2k on premium elsewhere. You dnt even see which customers must be protected at all cost🥺

Instead of doing that you are even harassing me with more whatsapp messages - are you even listening to yourself? Do you have any idea thst you committed ***** by going into my account without prior mandate and sending communication meant for me to someone else exposing my personal information therefore violating the POPIA Policy? - if this is not resolved unfortunately I will lodge a ***** case against Cell C. The email apology is not enough I even made it clear to the lady who called me that apology alone won't be sufficient I need remedial issue to fix this mess not to tell me that u will do a credit in August while you messed up my account now!
