unauthorized payment
I had cancelled my contract 3 April 2018, today the debit order still went off, customer care cant help me and said I must call ********** 200 for assistance, as on now while I am holding now on the phone for 34 minutes while I m writing this review there is no answer. Can someone please assist me with this unauthorized payment you debited from my account !!! Why should I follow up when your consultant guaranteed me on the day the contract has been cancelled.
