Unauthorized New Line Contract/Debit Order - Cell C

Cell C Sandton City, Rivonia processed a new contrct without my consent. I only learnt about the new line opened under my name after receiving a debit order notification from my bank. The store confimed that the purchase was for a router and that it was done telephonically, However, no contract/paperwork, telephone recording or proof of delivery was provided to me yet Im expected to pay the unauthorised monthly contract.

Cell C customercare was unble to resolve the matter. I'm still waiting for Cell C to send me a cancelation letter and written confirmation that I will not be liable for any costs incurred and or ******** offences done with the said device.
