Unauthorized ITC/Experian Credit Check

A cell C sales consultant called me asking if I want to upgrade. I said no, Then I get Experian notification that 2 credit checks were done by Cell C on 27 August 2021. I logged an Enquiry with Cell C and provided the requested supporting docs on 2 September 2021 to remove the credit check enquiries. I have followed up with client services and received no feedback thus far.

I have given no permission for the credit checks to be done on my myself, therefore please remove them asap and provide feedback.
