UNAUTHORIZED IRREGULAR DEBITS BY CELL C

<p>I had 4 contracts with cell c of which one was ending in November and the other two I stlled and closed in October this year and only one contract I have with cell c and it is supposed to debit 609 rands on the last day of the month. </p> <p>End November cell c debited an amount above R9000 in two different transactions and I called to enquire the person who assisted me denied any debits and told me that I have a credit of 6000 which could not be accounted for. I ended up reversing the money at the bank.</p> <p>Mid December on the 15th cell c debited my account R1500 and I reversed it, on the 20th they debited R1200 which I also went to reverse it.</p> <p>A day or two later cell c customer service called me asking when am I going to pay, I asked her for what and when I communicated my complaints with her she dropped the phone. unfortunately I dont remember their names.</p> <p>On the 22nd of December cell c again debited my account R6500 in two different transactions . I called customer service and Nondumiso assisted me. she could not account for the money they are debiting besides the 1500 saying it was towards a contract that I have settled. She also made mention of this 6000 which apparently was not allocated to the cancelled contract. I requested her to allocate the money, reverse the debits and stop any futher debits I will do payments myself.</p> <p>today the 30th cell c debited R9263.65 in 4 transactions. which is not our agreement</p> <p> </p>
