Unauthorized Get it subscription

I have been subscribed to Cell C's Get it service without ever applying for it, I just saw that about R60 p/m is being deducted from my account. <br> I have attempted twice to cancel this service by calling customer service, both times they referred me to the Get it department, whom do not answer their phones. <br> I don't know how to cancel this service which I never subscribed to.<br> <br> <br>
