I'm very unhappy with a R70 debit order reversal charge on my contract dated 03/07/2021,1st and foremost debit order was canceled more than 2 years ago after my retrenchment from work and cash payments have been done since, to my surprise CellC decides to debit me from a closed FNB account without my authorization, I'm not liable for the R70 and I would like it reversed please.... I spoke to Siphosenkosi this morning (12:05)who advised me that my cellc account is on debit order as a method of payment from my FNB acc and that he can't cancel it as I have to send them my retrenchment letter.... That process was done long time ago, why haven't you been debiting me the past 2 years all of a sudden you do it now from a closed FNB acc,where's the logic in that??? I honestly can't wait to be done with this contract.

The R70 can only be app**** if there was a debit order that reversed due to insufficient funds.

10 Jul 2021, 13:47Obviously if the bank account has been closed for more than 2 years there's no funds, the statement you sent me shows a charge of R70 that's says debit order reversal....please explain.
