Unauthorized deductions

<p>My mother took out a cellc contract which she has no problem paying but now suddenly they have added an extra benefit called " Get more" which she declined to when it was initially offered to her andthis "Get more" benefit is costing her an extra R287 odd a month which she does not see the benefit of having which is why she initially declined to having it added to her contract. Can this matter please be attended to because she has been calling to cancel it and everytime they cancel ot and then reactivate it without her approval.</p>
