Unauthorized debits, poor customer service and communication.

I have been with Cell C for more than 3 years and Wow their customer service sucks. On May they did not debit on our agreed upon date which is 1st of every month, by the time I realised I made the payment myself but instead they kept making transactions to debit ad found nothing I had to Pay their fee of insufficient funds of the money I had already paid apparently it wasn't reflecting yet from their side and I called a numerous times for advises I got nothing helpful, I paid the fee of which was short of R9. 99 because I thought it was R59. 99 of which it was R69. 99 I was told it would go through with my monthly installment guess what they kept trying to debit that R9. 99 even when I paid it even with the query I lodged and supp**** proof of payment because of calls and smses I received from them, they tried to debit again without any arrangements with me and found no money I happen to owe them another R69. 99 I am devastated by Cell C it's the worst Service provider one could ever have.
