Unauthorized debits..

Thank you I've sent a proof of payment to prrofofpayment@cellc for the payment I made today. 538 meaning only this month's installment had to go off i spoke to a cuatomer service agent who advised me to make a payment. I'm really tired of you guys not assisting at all.. as this is the 2nd query I've listed on hello Peter.

Hi the lady doesn't seem to assist, she has to escalate the issue meaning I will wait another 7 days for nothing.. she also informed me that they will keep that money for February what the hell is happening with cellc guys..

Hello peter I need an email or contact number for EL Kope please or for the broadcasting complains department as to unauthorized debits and payment arrangements was paid and fully paid. They even have more meaning I'm in credit

Making an arrangement for refund and not regarding my banking charges as they received they money. Rhe ba king charges is more then my ampunt to pay.. how the f.... I request that you cancel my debit order going forward and also note that I'm taking this matter to consumer complaint department. Thanks

Hi please go investigate again?
Money bounce back 31 Dec 2024. Eft payment arrangement was made for the 15th, same day debit order went off bounced back. Called cellc said they will check as payment arrangement was made, after that cell c debited twice meaning 4x no payment. Paid installment agter cellc advised then again deducted this time aunauthorised debit that I didn't confirm the amount went off. So please give feedback on the whole matter as I'm busy with this taking you guys to court. Also sent a statement stating that 150 per unpaid after cell c assisted advised the client to make an EFT payment. You don't help your clients. Don't advise them to make payment arrangements and then you still take their money. Also sent a request to your department to cancel my debit orders.. I will make payments from my side.
