Unauthorized debits after settlement!
I took out a contract with Cell C some time ago which I haven’t being using. Felt its unneccsary so decided to cancel this.
A cancellation and settlement was done in store on the 23/11/2017 at the Trade Route Cell C branch under reference ********** 532.
My account was debited for R4.61 on 27/12/2017 and then R118.99 on the 25/01/2018. After calling Cell C at the end of January I was told that I will be refunded, up unti now nothing instead my account was debited with a further R118.99 on the 26/02/2018.
Why are these unauthorized debits still going through my account?!?
