Unauthorized Debits

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding an ongoing issue with my Cell C account that has now escalated and negatively affected my credit profile.

My account was handed over to NuDebt while I was in the process of disputing the matter with Cell C. During my engagement with Cell C, I was informed that the issue had been resolved and that I do not owe any outstanding balance.

However, despite this confirmation, NuDebt has continued to process unauthorized debit orders from my account. I have not approved any debit mandate with them. These repeated unauthorized debits are unacceptable and have now had a negative impact on my credit score.

This situation is both frustrating and concerning, as I am being penalized for an account that I have already disputed and was assured had been resolved.

I request the following to be addressed urgently:

* Immediate cessation of all unauthorized debits by NuDebt * Confirmation that my account balance with Cell C is zero * Removal of any negative listings or adverse information from my credit profile * Refund of any amounts that were debited without my authorization

I would appreciate urgent intervention to resolve this matter, as it is affecting my financial standing and credibility.

I look forward to a prompt resolution.
