unauthorized debits

I have a cell c contract since 2014. Today I discovered that I am being debited R 60 .00 extra every month for a product called get it. I don't even know what this is, I have never authorised this debit. I have never agreed to accept this product . I am tired of calling customer service to cancel and request a refund. Kindly cancel this product / service immediately, further kindly refund me amounts which have been debited from January 2015 to date.
