UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS

<br> I had notified Cell c on the 27th September 2015 that my contract would expire on the 08th December 2015 and my number would be prepaid as I did not want an upgrade. I was advised by Cell C to send a letter confirming cancellation of my contract as from the 08th December 2015 to 07th January 2016 (a 30 days cancellation) and thus Cell C would accept same that within 30 days my contract would be cancelled and there would be no debits to my account, and I do not require any further benefits. On the 20th January 2016, there were 2 debits on this date for the sum of R 110-00 x2. I fail to understand why my account was debited when I have comp**** with their request in writing. I would like my account to be credited for the sum of R 220-00 as I did not authorize any further benefits to my account.<br>
