Unauthorized debit order(contract)
Cellc has been debiting my account for a contract that I did not take with them. I have taken this matter with their department and at their store in Gallery with no luck. I have exhausted all possible avenues to try and get this matter resolved with no assistance. This has been taking place for the past three month continuously. The Cellc ***** department still cannot identify when I took this contract but money is still being debitted.
