unauthorized debit order transaction

I'm a loyal cell c customer who has been with the business for 4 years. Today I personally wish my term can just be over with this ********* company.My instalment for the month of December was debited on the 18th of which has never been our agreement-tried calling the contact centre on the 19th december spoke to a lady by the name of Molatelwa letjwe, who informed me that i agreed to the marketing sms that was sent out for early debits. When i said that I dont recall ever agreeing to any marketing sms, \ can she maybe send me proof of my consent sms"she mentioned that she cant but she will escalate my query to the relevant query department and i will get feed back within 48HRS. I waited for correspondence from them until the 28th December 2016"
