Unauthorized Debit order amount
Stole my money - incorrect debit order of R3096 instead of contracted R2100. Did not collect Debit order for June/July due to THEIR tech issues, collected R3096 just now for three months June/July/Aug which was supposed to be R699 x 3 = R2100. Last debit Order was 25 May … I’m going to dispute this transaction!

31 Aug 2021, 09:33Just got call.. they actually went and changed my contract without ANY communication stating that my contract for X a month for this amount of data up/down will change in price effective from this date... NO COMMS AT ALL... an sms stating nothing changes financially and a letter attahed.. that is not relevant to the contract that I had with them. I need to send an email to cancell... based on what....??? And when I asked to speak to a manager.. the guy put the phone down in my ear. DO NOT GO WITH CELL C....

Follow up call from me this morning... This morning's lady was extremely helpful though.. thank you so much. Now awaiting feedback on any of the three calls... Ref ***.
