UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

For the past two months Cell C has been deducting R2,259.90 from my account with an unauthorized debit order. Their first excuse was that they deducted money from another customer from my account by mistake. They promised to reverse the transaction but it never happened. Their second excuse was that the computer generated this amount and account and debit order by itself! I have not signed any debit orders from Cell C. They have yet to fix this problem. The staff at the Mall@Carnival branch in Brakpan are rude and ***********. I do not have any accounts at Cell C. Could the management staff at Cell C please look into this matter urgently!!
