UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

<p>i have two contracts with Cell C that expire in June 2016, i have contacted Cellc to ensure that my contracts were cancelled well before 30 days, i have had confirmation, to my delight the full debit order has went off as normal.. i am paying R367.99 for 50 minutes, 50 smses and 50MB which is ridiculuous!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i demand a refund as i have followed protocol and if ALL calls are recorded, you will definitely have the information to cancel my contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS THE EXACT REASON AS YO WHY I WILL NOT EVER RE NEW MY CONTRACTS WILL CELLC </p>
